Stupid and Vicious by Audra Wist
Bête et Méchant, Stupid and Mean, Stupid and Wicked, Stupid and Vicious
a book by Audra Wist
"In 85 pages of photos, ephemera, poems, declarations and silence, this book encapsulates a year spent yearning. it reaches out for the posturing and frankness of love- in sex work, in relationships, in the family, and in the self- and returns having captured the anguish and anger, humor and sensuality, and ultimately, the vulnerability and strength that comes from loving wholly. This book is the embodiment of that yearning reconciled, and of the unexpected resolve in receiving something vital that you didn't know you were searching for." -from the artist
